| The new year has brought new opportunities of sorts. Not so much opportunities but more of something that cannot be defined specifically. Bring it back to the basics. I am going to avoid it all.
In the mean time, I am going to read and wait ever so patiently till the new semester starts up again. That is my normality and that is my stability.
| Please don't tell me that i will find my way, that I will find the light of the lord. Don't pray for my return and do not hope.
For I have made my decision and my decision is not to believe in a god of such limited power and limited compassion. How you preach of this universal god that has infinite benevolence and charity makes my stomach churn with bitterness. I am bitter because it seems that this god is so blind to humanity. Humanity cannot be judged based on the belief of Jesus Christ to be your savior and the ultimate sacrifice to save all of mankind for the sins we all commit. We must be judged by the kindness in our hearts and by our own sacrifices to help those surrounding us. We must be judged on our moral decisions that have been instilled in humanity since we first created fire. Jesus should not be the key to let us in a heaven, if such a thing exists.
I simply cannot believe in your God. I believe in something, and its hard to put your finger on it. It is large and it is complex. But the one thing it is not, is that is not hypocritical and it is uniform. Science is the key to discovering. And until then, I have my own hypothesis and choose no religion to make my case for heaven.
| Ah! Everything is so hectic! This is a test, a test that will show how dedicated I can be for the coming fall semester.
**note to self: never take two courses within the same summer secession. (or in my case 2 lectures and a lab)
Coming Soon: 27. Juli - Exam II (Magnetic Fields, Magnetic Forces, and Electromagnetic Induction) 30. Juli - Exam III (Alternating Series, Ratio and Root Tests, Taylor Polynomials and Series, Power Series)
31. Juli - Final Exam ( All Experiments: inverse square law, half - life decay, oscillator, RC constant, etc)
4. Aug - Final Exam ( Trig Integration and new integration techniques, L' Hopitals Rule, every series under the sun, ect)
6. Aug - Final Exam ( Electric Charge Forces and Fields, Current, Resistance, Magnetism, Electromagnetic Induction, Mirrors, Refraction)
Oh and wait, I'll be 21 on Montag. Best birthday week ever. Fuck. -jesus fucking christ-

| I wish that life was just formed from mathematical equations and composited by chemicals. Looking at life in the most basic form, we are just: chemicals. The pain we feel is triggered by nociceptors which is deeply intwined in a puzzle of pathways and broken down into even more specifications. Everything we feel, emotionally and physically are caused by chemicals. And anything to fix how we are feel are also caused by chemicals. But life is not characterized by chemicals, balanced equations, stoichiometry, or even the pH level of our blood. We characterize life by trends, certain movements such as equality and freedom, and struggles. Life is so much more than the chemicals that travel to our brain to allow us to feel, to be human. Experience triumphs over science and our perfect mathematical equations. I want to look at life and see a beautiful formulated equation for everything I do. I want to see the chemical formulas for every substance. I want to break down the history of our world with statistics, a equation that describes everything. I want that equation of life. What defines our basic historical trends with the rise and falls of world powers and how it repeats itself over a course of a century or so? With the surge of instant information with a click of a button, why do these trends still continue. The ever growing super base of knowledge, aka the internet, why do we still fail to see what is coming our way? These questions and so much more concerning life cannot be defined by chemicals nor physics. Life is too random, yet there is always a trend, and always seems to be completely predictable. Its just how the chemicals enter our brain and how our brain interprets the compounds in our own individual experience, that is how life is defined.
